Position Description:

Full-service Commercial Bank looking to expand their team located in the DTC.  Our client is adding several experienced Mortgage Loan Officers to their existing team.

​

This is a full-service mortgage bank and has been in business since 1995 and is an integrated division of the bank offering highly competitive Conventional, VA, FHA, Construction and Jumbo loan products. All mortgage loans are underwritten and closed locally.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree preferred.

• Active National Mortgage Licensing System License or ability to obtain.

• At least five years mortgage lending experience preferred.

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate verbally with personnel at all levels within and outside the organization.

• Ability to fully understand, analyze and structure mortgage loan requests.

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.

• Must be flexible and able to work in cooperation with other bank staff and officers.
